Citalopram is used in the treatment of depression; anxiety and stress; postpartum depression; severe mood dysregulation; obsessive compulsive disorder (and more), and belongs to the drug class selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors. Risk cannot be ruled out during pregnancy.
